Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Seetla & Mukteshwar

Day 0: An overnight journey from Delhi.
Day 1: Arrive at Kathgodam and transfer to our beautiful stay in Seetla. (3-4 Hours)
Check in, settle down, and soak in crisp mountain air
Head to Mukteshwar Dham for serene temple views
Visit Chauli Ki Jali, a dramatic cliff offering breathtaking vistas
Return to the property for a relaxed evening

Day 2: Yoga, Hikes & Stargazing

Breakfast at the property
Begin the morning with a mindful yoga session overlooking the hills
Go for a gentle forest hike leading to a scenic picnic lunch spot

Visit Starscapes Observatory for the Celestial Show (Entry ticket not included; optional experience)
Return to the stay for a calm night

Day 3: Jageshwar & Kasar Devi Stay

Breakfast at the property
Check out and drive towards Kasar Devi. Lunch stop on the way. (2-3 hours)
Arrive at our stay, check in, and freshen up
Continue the journey to Jageshwar Dham, a sacred valley of ancient temples surrounded by dense deodar forests
Reach back at the Kasar Devi property by late evening
Enjoy a cosy bonfire, music, and a group bonding session

Day 4: Slow Living in Kasar Devi

- Wake up to slow mountain mornings

🚎 Transportation: Airfares, train and bus tickets are not part of the package and should be arranged separately.

1. How to make the payment?

2. What’s the difficulty level of the hikes?

The hikes on this trip are easy to moderate, suitable for beginners. The trails are well-defined, with some gradual ascents. Basic fitness is recommended, but no prior trekking experience is necessary.

3. What level of fitness is required for this trip?

You don’t need to be super fit, but we recommend being comfortable walking 10–12K steps a day. Our trips include light hikes, village walks, and some uphill trails. It’s not intense, but being reasonably active helps you enjoy the trip instead of finding it tiring. We prefer being upfront so you know what to expect and can enjoy every bit of the adventure! 💪

4. What kind of accommodation can we expect?

We stay in premium Himachali boutique stays, offering a comfortable and immersive local experience. Rooms are shared, clean, and have basic amenities, providing a warm and homely feel.

5. Is this trip suitable for solo travellers?

Absolutely! Many of our travellers join solo and leave with new friends. Our community-driven experience ensures a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone.

6. Can I extend my stay after the trip?

Yes, if you wish to explore more, we can help you with recommendations and local stay options. Just let us know in advance!

7. Is the group trip safe for female travellers?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We curate a respectful and inclusive travel environment, ensuring all participants feel comfortable. Our groups are diverse yet like-minded, and our experienced trip leaders are always present to assist. We stay in vetted accommodations, follow structured itineraries, and prioritize well-being at all times. Many solo female travellers have joined us before and had an amazing experience! 😊✨

8. What payment modes are available?

You can pay by UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards or EMI (depending on your credit card)

9. Do I need to pay the entire amount while booking?

You can book your spot by paying ₹5000. The rest of the amount can be paid before 7 days of the trip starting date.

10. ⁠What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

11. Which flights or trains should I book?

You can book a flight/train that lands in Delhi before 6 PM. Our bus is between 9 PM to 10 PM from Kashmere Gate, Delhi. And while returning, book a flight/train after 9 AM from Delhi, as our bus reached Delhi between 4 AM to 5 AM.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: To confirm your slot, a deposit of ₹5000 needs to be paid.
FINAL PAYMENT: The outstanding balance must be settled at least 7 days before the trip's commencement. If payment is not completed by this deadline, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
BOOKING: All reservations made with Nomads of India, henceforth referred to as 'the company', are subject to the following conditions:
The individual signing the booking form accepts these conditions and is thereafter referred to as the client.
LIABILITY: The company cannot be held accountable for consequences arising from weather conditions, flight cancellations, war, strikes, political unrest, or any other force majeure event.
The company reserves the right to employ alternative transportation or alter the itinerary in the event of breakdowns, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any resulting additional expenses, such as extra accommodation or transport, will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly.

The company is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss of property incurred during the trip.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Mandatory insurance covering various unforeseen expenses, including medical costs, baggage loss, and trip cancellation, is required for all clients.
AUTHORITY OF THE TRIP LEADER: Clients agree to abide by the authority and decisions of the trip leader appointed by the company.
Disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the trip without a refund, with any associated expenses being the client's responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITY: The organisers and affiliates are not liable for accidents or natural calamities.

Any reported incidents will undergo a swift and thorough investigation, with corresponding actions taken accordingly.
