By the Client:

• 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund of the booking amount.
• 15–30 days before the trip start date: 25% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 8–14 days before the trip start date: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 0–7 days before the trip start date: 75% of the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

(All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.)

By the Company:

• • In case of trip cancellation due to insufficient bookings, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • A credit note for a future trip
